Certain streets of Venice, CA have been favorites for RV dwellers on
which to park. Unfortunately, some of these streets are completely
taken by RV parking for entire weeks, leaving no reasonable chance for
any other beach visitor to park. Overnight Parking Districts would
serve to open up some streets for parking by forcing people to move their vehicles
between 2AM and 6AM daily. This would prevent squatting on public streets
and give everyone a chance to find parking.
